Gidrosand (TM Kukhar Richelieu) has passed a recertification audit for compliance with the requirements of FSSC 22000 v.5.1 from TUV Rheinland

While all the hostesses were preparing for the New Year, Gidrosend welcomed a group of leading auditors from the German certification body TUV Rheinland to undergo an external audit for compliance with one of the most demanding food safety standards FSSC 22000.

The team of the company Chef Richelieu gives you the opportunity to plunge into a part of the history of French cuisine by tasting their products, and the audit team checked all production processes from the purchase of raw materials to the shipment of products to the shelves of retail chains for compliance with food safety requirements recognized worldwide.

The FSSC 22000 certification scheme is based on three components:

• ISO 22000:2018 (FSSC 22000 is based on international and independent standards such as ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22003);
• Sector-specific PRPs (FSSC use technical specifications for sector-specific Pre-requisite Programs (PRPs), such as ISO/TS 22002-1, to ensure a hygienic environment in organizations);
• Additional requirements (Requirements in addition to the scheme ensure consistency and integrity, provide governance and add flexibility to address emerging food safety issues).

Thus, during the audit, the company demonstrated its ability to produce safe products and the ability to trace the entire life cycle of each component in the production of the product you enjoy.
