Stages of the EFISC-GTP certification procedure The conformity assessment process is carried out in accordance with strict international regulations and is monitored by a licensed certification body. The procedure consists of the following stages: - Registration and assessment of the application: Based on the data provided on the specifics of the enterprise, the number of sites and the volume of production, the duration of the audit is calculated in accordance with the requirements of the EFISC-GTP scheme. - Preliminary review (Stage 1): The management system documentation is assessed for its readiness for certification. The HACCP plan, product descriptions and compliance with selected sector guidelines (Sector Documents) are analyzed. - Certification audit (Stage 2): Direct on-site inspection. Auditors assess the actual implementation of safety procedures, traceability system, production hygiene and personnel competence. - Technical review and decision-making: The audit report is submitted to an independent commission of a licensed body for consideration. The decision to issue a certificate is made on the basis of objective evidence of compliance with the standard. - Entry into the international register: After a positive decision, the company receives an official certificate and its data is entered into the global public database of certified organizations EFISC-GTP.
